The start of the Great Saga
Initially when i first got accustomed to this glorious film at the era of 8, then I saw one short excerpt at the actual introduction of the picture (the moment every time a maniac chases an aunt in a very swimsuit) then I watched only a five-minute excerpt on 123movies, after which it my parents sent me to bed. But I will keep in mind this passage through-out gaming, and just at the age of 13 I managed to watch the first part of the series.
"Scary Movie" is a unique project. Parody films were already then, remember only "Hot Heads", "Naked Pistol", "Airplane ".But there were no well-known parodies of "problem reports" yet (except perhaps "The Scream" and "The Blair Witch"). And they were combine two in a: horror with youth comedy. And yes it proved very well.
Another feature of "Very Scary Movie" is that the film is rather scary to view in places, possibly at times very scary, but at the same time it is homerically funny.
However, there is one old American tradition: when a comedy can be quite funny, then there are many of vulgarities in it. Very vulgar humor, probably the main disadvantage to the whole series.
This part is among the most best scenario of all, not easily the funniest, but the most interesting and unpredictable, a relatively tense plot and an excellent atmosphere.
There are a number of parodies of well-known horror films: "I know what took action now last summer", "Scream", "Blair Witch", "The Matrix" and others.
This also episode is the foremost in directing, the film is rather strong.
Conclusion: a fantastic start to an excellent series. The ideal creatively, not easily the funniest, but really the best. If you wish to cheer yourself up, then be sure to watch this movie, a fantastic antidepressant.
